Mosaic Magazine is distributed every year during April, August and December, so you can expect to receive your copy at the end of these months. Please be aware of distribution times when placing advertisements.

Magazine Submissions Policy
All letters, reviews and articles submitted for publication in Mosaic are subject to editing and comment. Articles and letters express the opinions of the author and are not necessarily those of the MADN Committee.
All contributors should ensure that their submissions are not libelous or infringe copyright.
Please ensure that you a) provide credits for all photographs and that b) you have obtained permission for them to be reproduced in the magazine and/or website.
Advertisements for goods and services in Mosaic does not necessarily imply recommendation by the MADN Committee. articles are copyright of their authors and should not be reproduced without prior permission.
All submissions are printed on the condition that they have not been published previously in the UK (including on the Internet) and that they will not be printed elsewhere in the UK or on the Internet for at least one year after publication in Mosaic.
If at all possible please submit articles as word or text files, and photographs as jpegs or tifs at a minimum resolution of 300dpi. Articles or images supplied on paper will require conversion to an electronic format which (in the case of the articles) can take a good deal of time and is open to errors - this may mean that they are less likely to be published.
Return postage must accompany all discs, CDs, manuscripts, illustrations and photographs submitted, if you would like them returned.
Articles that appear in Mosaic may be used in the MADN website; please inform the editor if you do not wish this to happen.
